Material used for fret is "semi hard/ halbhart, F 37" brass 0,15 mm thick. Some parts of the fret need to be bend
Easiest way:
After the fret/parts been warmed, the surface has oxidized layer. For further assembling process, removing this layer is quiet vital to make brass adhesive for epoxy clue or soldering.
Access to industrial chemicals may be a bit problematic, but some consumer products available in grossery stores. And they do the job.
I buy almost everything I need for working with brass photo etched parts in the nearest Tengelmann network shop.
